When it feels heavy, how to keep going does not occur to one but when it is all done and you come through it all then you reminisce on how you are still here when it all seemed so heavy .
Which roads led to this? Still pondering. All I gather is that it is too exhausting to be wasted.
Why am I doing this? building a picture after the event. Even the picture seems foggy because some memories elude me. Hopefully not for long because I need the full story to learn the reason, to learn a lesson, to make an impact, to be pure and real without falsehood.
I know there are moments when your heart feels worn thin—when you’ve prayed the same prayers, hoped the same hopes, fought the same battles, and you’re still stuck in the same valley. You’re not lazy, ungrateful, or weak. You’re just tired. And you’re wondering: What do I do when I have done all I can do?
Tell Him you don’t know how to keep going.(Trust)
Tell Him the truth—He can handle it.( Faith)
In honesty, you will find unexpected strength. (Equipped)
Maybe there is more within you? You will be surprised how much the answers to those prayers have been lingering for you to notice and dance. To feel and smile. To see and sing. To behold and actually burst into a heartfelt laughter.
Hope is renewed, battles are won and the valley is now a beautiful blue sea of promises and glitters which are definitely gold.
It stopped being heavy when you came to the almighty with trust in your heart and no performance. It is God, the one who moulded you and knows you to the core of your heart. Before you prayed he knew. He only wanted you to open your heart and mind to have a conversation with him. God is not mocked, honesty and humility with him is paramount. There are promises so there are conditions to be met.
I’ve been there too—sitting in silence, exhausted from trying to be strong. If that’s where you are today, this post is for you
